Architectural Identity
This project develops a bold urban architectural identity through a balanced composition of stone cladding, warm vertical accents, deep roof overhangs, and refined façade proportions. The design creates a strong street presence while maintaining a sense of elegance, privacy, and contemporary residential character.

Design Language
The architectural language is shaped by the contrast between solid masses, transparent openings, shaded balconies, and expressive roof elements. Together, these features give the building a distinctive identity that feels modern, premium, and well-integrated within its urban surroundings.
