The Project

Contemporary Elegance & Textural Harmony

The architectural design of this project seamlessly blends modern minimalism with organic textures to create a striking contemporary facade. Characterized by clean lines and dramatic curves, the building features a sophisticated material contrast: a smooth, warm stucco finish juxtaposed against a rugged, dark grey stone cladding that adds depth and a grounded architectural presence.

Key Architectural Elements:
Arched Glazing: Expansive, floor-to-ceiling arched windows open up the interior spaces, maximizing natural light while offering clear visual connectivity between the indoor seating and the outdoor surroundings.

Curved Outdoor Terrace: The upper level features a sweeping terrace adorned with lush integrated greenery and a modern tensile fabric canopy (shade sails), offering an inviting, sun-protected outdoor dining or lounge experience.

Integrated Circulation: An elegant external stone staircase fluidly connects the ground level to the rooftop, enhancing the building's dynamic silhouette.

Premium Detailing: From the polished dark marble baseboard to the meticulous paving and minimalist metal railings, every detail is curated to deliver a luxurious and welcoming commercial hospitality identity.
