Located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the Mangrove Villa project (2024) is a landmark of ultra-modern residential luxury, blending grand architectural scale with organic, fluid design elements.
Architectural Vision & Form
Parametric Sculptural Canopy: The defining feature of the villa is a massive, sweeping roof structure that transitions from a solid monolithic slab into a series of dynamic, wave-like louvers. This canopy provides essential shade while creating a dramatic play of light and shadow across the grounds.
Geometric Layering: The villa is composed of stacked white cubic volumes, creating a tiered effect that allows for numerous elevated terraces and deep-set balconies.
Vertical Integration: The design incorporates significant vertical elements, including a striking green wall that scales the height of the primary facade, grounding the white structure in natural textures.
Interior & Living Spaces
Grand Open-Plan Layout: The ground floor is organized around a central open area, seamlessly connecting the main entrance to various specialized zones.
Comprehensive Amenities: The floor plan includes high-end hospitality features such as a dedicated owner's suite with a private office, multiple guest suites, a prep kitchen, and staff quarters for maids and laundry.
Luxury Circulation: The three-level residence features wide halls and private living areas on the upper floors, ensuring a balance between communal entertainment and personal privacy.
Landscape & Site Integration
Oasis Setting: The site plan reveals a sprawling property featuring two distinct swimming pools—a large L-shaped main pool and a secondary geometric pool—integrated with manicured lawns and tropical tree clusters.
Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Massive glass curtain walls wrap the living spaces, providing unobstructed views of the water features and the surrounding Abu Dhabi landscape.
Urban Privacy: The villa is secured by a rhythmic perimeter fence that combines white masonry with vertical slats, maintaining architectural consistency while ensuring seclusion from the street.
Our headquarters reflects our philosophy: transparency, structure, and connection with the environment.
