Located in Trablus, Libya, the Libyan Breeze villa project (2024) is a contemporary residential development that exemplifies modern Mediterranean living through clean lines and a warm, textured material palette.
Architectural Form & Exterior Design
Tiered Modernism: The villa features a multi-story, box-like geometry with recessed balconies that provide private outdoor spaces while creating a dynamic facade.
Material Palette: The design achieves a sophisticated contrast by combining smooth, off-white concrete panels with warm horizontal wood-slat accents.
Framing Elements: Bold, grey vertical frames enclose sections of the building, providing structural rhythm and visual depth to the overall composition.
Spatial Features & Integration
Indoor-Outdoor Connectivity: Large glass sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows on every level ensure interiors are flooded with natural light and connected to the streetscape.
Privacy & Security: The street-level design includes a rhythmic perimeter wall that echoes the building’s wood and concrete motifs, integrating lush greenery for privacy.
Urban Landscape: Situated in a modern neighborhood, the villa is complemented by tropical palm trees and minimalist outdoor lighting, enhancing its presence as a landmark of modern Libyan architecture.
Our headquarters reflects our philosophy: transparency, structure, and connection with the environment.
